Quotes
Start a quote with the car and the goal. You get a written quote, with parts, labor hours and any tune listed line by line, within one business day, usually faster. Get a quote.
Parts at dealer pricing, labor at the posted hours for that install, shop supplies as their own line, and the file and flash when tuning.
Special orders take a non-refundable deposit, stated on your quote, and we order only against a signed quote.
Everything is on the written quote, line by line. Nothing is folded into labor.
Tuning
N75 Motorsports writes every file. We read and write the ECU in our bay and review the logs on the road.
No. We flash in-house. The one exception is the 3.3T, which is an N75 mail-in file or a LAP3 spare ECU swapped in the same day.
The pre-tune inspection: plugs, boost leak, oil and codes. No tune without it.
A tune voids powertrain coverage. You sign a written disclosure before any flash, we keep your stock file, and flash-back is available.
Parts and warranty
Yes. Customer-supplied parts are quoted at a separate labor rate, with no warranty on the part and an inspection before install.
Yes. We are a certified dealer and installer for LAP3 USA, N75 Motorsports and SXTH Element Engineering, so parts come at dealer pricing and go on the car in our bay.
We are a certified dealer and installer for LAP3 USA, N75 Motorsports and SXTH Element Engineering, and we source N-car parts from KDM Tuners, all at dealer pricing.
No. Not on street-registered cars, even when the customer brings the part. Every downpipe we install is high-flow catted. Read the policy.
N75 spare ECUs run 10 to 35 days. LAP3 sales are final and N75 files are non-refundable, so we order against a signed quote.
